INDEPENDENCE DAY AT APIIT

In the seven or eight years history of APIIT, this was the first time I-Day was being celebrated...not on the campus but at Yamuna Enclave Hostel...all thanks to but few students. Anyways We got up early around seven and did the necessary preparations...Then around 8:30 our Director came as promised and hoisted the flag amidst shouts of Jai Hind.

A good outcome of this initiative taken by the students was a promise from Mr. director that now onwards I-Day and R-Day would be organized by the management on the college premises.
